Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This privacy and credit reporting policy outlines how Romi & Moon (ABN 28 407 877 530) “us”, “our” or “we” collects, uses, and discloses personal information as required by the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) contained in, and for the purposes of Part IIIA of, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”).
The kinds of personal information we collect and hold

Direct marketing communications
From time to time we may use your personal information (except sensitive information) to provide you with marketing materials in relation to offers, specials, products that we have available.
